Objective: Equipping you to be an effective volunteer in boat handling and water surface rescue.

Description: Malaysia faced floods annually, in year 2014 East Coast Floods, flood waters cut off relief supplies, rescuers, leaving them vulnerable, cold, wet and hungry. In IDRN1300 we mentioned about water surface rescue, but now we come to the real practice.
