This short report will give you details on how your donation of Indonesia Rupiahs Rp 35.585.000 was put to good use in helping during our COVID pandemic efforts here in Indonesia.
One of our focuses was to help supply PPE equipment for our medical partners. Especially in the city of Surabaya, we were able to help 3 local hospitals in need and 1 at the Mojokerto Hospital with 100 units of Hazmat clothing - Rp 100.000 @ 100 pieces = Rp 10.000.000
A second priority was the sewing of face masks which we did for our tri cities region here in Papua providing for folk who has no access to getting a face mask themselves - Rp 15.000 @ 150 face masks = Rp 2.250.000
The third area of priority has been the purchasing of staple food supplies for needy people in the most affect areas and providing enough to get them through one week. We did this in 3 waves in 4 provinces - West Java, Central Java, East Java and Papua - where there were strict quarantine protocol - Rp 140.000 @ 167 food packets = Rp 23.335.000
I have already sent you a video presentation from Bali where we were also doing this same thing. And now I add a few more photos from our young people in Surabaya who did preparation and distribution of food packets.
